makes about 4-5 servings Place Tomatoes, Garlic Powder, Crushed Red pepper and Chili Powder in a Sauce pan. Bring to Boil. Stir in Chili Starter and Kidney Beans. Bring to Boil Bring heat down to Simmer for 12-15 mins. Stir in can of corn ( optional) Cook for about 10 Mins on Simmer.
