1 Cup Beef Stock

Here is how you make Su!'s Chilli Con Carne:

Heat the Olive Oil in a large saucepan.Gently fry the raw onions and garlic for about 5 minutes or until they start to become tranparant. Add Ground Beef and continue to fry until browned. Drain excess fat.Add the Sweet Red Peppers, Jalapeno Pepper, Canned Tomatoes, Tomato Paste. Beef Stock, Hot Chilli Powder, Ground Cumin and Ground Coriander.
