1/2 cup chopped green sweet peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 garlic cloves
2 cups tomato sauce

2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 ts basil
1 cinammon stick
1/4 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese

Here is how you make Quick Chilli:

1. Stir in ground beef, peppers, onion and the garlic over medium heat until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off the fat.2. Stir in tomato sauce, undrained diced tomatoes, chilli powder, salt, basil, black pepper and cinnamon stick. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 3 hours. 3.
