1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup of pineapple chunks with juice

How Do I Make Ruthie's Chinese surprise?

Here is how you make Ruthie's Chinese surprise:

Boil chicken ahead of time in water. After the chicken is done, put the vegis in with 1 clove of garlic with a little water and cover and let it boil. While the vegis are cooking, add ginger dressing in with the chicken and mix it all together and shred your chicken as you go. When vegis are nearly done, drain most of the water then add the pineapple, marinaded chicken, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce to the vegis and mix together. Heat and serve.
