Here is how you make Dark Chocolate Pudding:

1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 1/2 c of the milk, sugar and cocoa. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Remove from heat.2. Meanwhile, whisk the remaining 1/2 c of the milk, cornstarch, salt, egg yolks and vanilla in a bowl.3. Gradually whisk the hot milk into the egg mixture. Return to the saucepan and cook over medium-high heat, whisking constantly, until the pudding comes to a full boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and continue whisking until thick, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the butter until melted and combined.4.
