Lightly spray big skillet with cooking spray. In skillet, brown and drain ground turkey and set aside. lightly wipe out grease from skillet w/paper towel (leaving just a little wetness for veggies). Add both peppers and onions to skillet over med heat for 2 mins or until slightly limp. Return ground turkey to skillet. Add diced tomatoes w/liquid and cooked pasta to pan. Cover and simmer over low heat for 7 to 8 mins stirring occasionally.
