How Do I Make San Choy Bow?Here is how you make San Choy Bow: 1) Heat a frying pan up with oil and add onions, ginger, garlic and fry for a couple minutes.2) Add the mince and fry until cooked and then add the chicken stock cube, cornflour and 1/2 cup of water, stiring through.3) Then add the chestnuts, mushrooms and soy sauce and simmer for 4-5 minutes.4) Serve up.... put a spoon of the mixture into a lettuce leaf and top with tsp of hoisin sauce, and eat :)Can be quite messy but really yummy to eat.
