Here is how you make Hot Rolls (can use for Cinnamon Rolls):

Put yeast and the 1/2 cup water in cereal bowl to soften (approx. 10 min) --set aside. Mix milk, sugar, oil, salt, eggs and 2 cups of flour together. Add yeast mixture to this. Mix well. Add flour unitl dough can be made into a ball. It will be a little sticky. Put on floured surfave. Knead until flour is well absorbed. Wash and oil a big bowl. Put dough in it and cover with clean dish towel (or cover loosely with oiled saran wrap). Let rise for 1 1/2 hours. (can preheat oven to 250 degrees and turn off oven then put dough in and let rise) Roll out onto floured surfave and shape as desired. Let rise again for 1 1/2 hours. Bake in 400 degree oven for approximately 10-15 minutes or slightly browned.For cinnamon rolls, when you roll out to shape, use rolling pin to roll into rectangle. Spread with about 1 1/2 cups of melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon(about 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
