Here is how you make Lobster Corn Chowder:

Melt butter. Add onion, red pepper and sautee. Add cooked corn and cooked lobster. Cook potatos in chicken broth. Add flour to onion mixture to make a roux. cook for 2 minutes over medium head. Add potatos and chicken broth and stir until smooth. Add half & half. Salt and pepper to taste.
