3 serving asparagus (4 spears)
8 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Here is how you make Couscous Primavera:

Combine couscous olive oil couscous, olive oil, couscous cumin and cayenne pepper in a large bowl. Mix well to coat the couscous with oil. (i use a stainless steel bowl.) Have enough foil next to the bowl to cover it tight.Bring the chicken broth, onion and asparagus to a boil, cover and boil in a sauce pan over high heat. Turn to med/low heat, boil about 10 minutes. Pour broth mix over the couscous and mix well. Cover creasing around the edge of the bowl to form a tight seal. Let stand 10 minutes.
