Put olive oil in a pan - med/high heat. Add stew meat and desired seasoning. (I use Mrs. Dash varieties). Brown meat.In a separate pot add a couple quarts of water and boil the noodles acording to package instructions.Once the meat is browned, add in the Cream of Mushroom soup and warm it. Mix the 1 cup of cold water with the 1/4 cup of flour.. pour into pan mixture to create a gravy.
