In a pan heat oil over Med heat. Pan Fry salmon fillets until done (roughly 5 min per side). Remove from pan. Reduce heat to med-low. Add Milk and cream cheese, Stir until cream cheese has melted. Add in Garlic and oregano. Return Salmon filets back to pan and let simmer in sauce for a couple minutes.
