Drain and set aside. Cover to keep warmSpray skillet with no stick spray. Add the oil and heat over medium high heat. Add onions and garlic. Cook and stir 5 min or until the onions are golden brown. In small bowl stir the wine and cornstarch until smooth. add wine mixture to milk. stir into the onion. Simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat. Stir in the coriander and cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp. Return to a simmer. Simmer uncovered for 3-5 minutes or until the shrimp is pink. Stir in the parsley, salt and pepper.
