4 Center cut pork chops, bone in
1 large sweet red pepper, sliced
1 large yellow onion, sliced
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp worcester sauce
salt & pepper to taste


How Do I Make Chops Creole?

Here is how you make Chops Creole:

Lightly salt and pepper the pork chops and brown in a pan. Do not cook through. Take pork out of pan and using the same pan saute the onion and pepper until they start to wilt. Return the pork to the pan trying to cover with the onions and peppers. Add the can of sewed tomatoes juices and all.Cover and cook for 30 minutes or turn the heat to low and let simmer all afternoon.Right before serving add the worcestershire sauce.Serve with egg noodles, brown rice or what ever you like to drink up the sauce.Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user KELMO2540.
