What Are The Ingredients For African Curry Recipe?The ingredients for African Curry are: 5 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut in cubes1 large sweet onion, diced 5 stalks celery, diced 4 chicken bullion cubes 1 can lite coconut milk 1 tsp coconut flavoring curry powder salt / pepper to taste stevia to taste 2 Tbs. cornstarch 1/4 c water coconut - unsweetened 1 or 2 bananas, diced 1/2 cup cantelope, diced 1 cup watermelon diced, 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts 1/2 cup green onion, chopped 1 apple, diced 1/2 cup raisins 4 Clementines (or 1 regular orange of your choice) How Do I Make African Curry?Here is how you make African Curry: Brown the chicken in a large stock pan or sauce pan. Add onion & celery. Add water to just below the level of the chicken & vegetables. Add bullion cubes. Simmer for 20 minutes. Season with curry powder and salt. Add coconut milk and coconut flavoring. Continue to simmer for 30 minutes. Just before serving, combine cornstarch & water. Add just enough to thicken the curry. Correct seasonings.While the curry simmers, cut up all the fruits and onion. Put each in a separate bowl. Serve the curry over rice or quinoa. Top with the variety of toppings.
