Keep all edible pieces (legs, claws). Discard teh spongy matter from the shell but keep the flesh. Wash several times and sprinkle salt over the meat.Heat cooking oil in a large pan.Add onions & garlic and saute until soft.Add curry leaves, bay leaf, & the rest of the spices. Stir well.Add grated tomatoes and cook until the mixture resembles a thick gravy.Add crab and stir. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes.Mix coconut milk, curry powder & flour in a bowl.
