In a stockpot, on Med. High heat, add 3 Tbsp. of olive oil, and Masaman curry paste. Break up the paste, stir it around, and allow it to cook a bit, about 2-3 minutes. In a small bowl, mix tamarind soup base with the 2 cups of warm water. Add coconut milk and tamarind soup to stock pot, bring to a boil. Add potatoes, and onions, bring back to a boil. Add cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower, bring back to a boil. Turn heat down to simmer. Allow to sit for at least 10 minutes, and keep it on simmer while you are eating, so it will stay warmed through.
