1 Cup shredded cabbage
1 Cup sliced carrots
1 Cup diced celery
1 Cup chopped onion
1 Cup chopped Broccoli
2 Cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1 Can waterchestnuts
1 Pkg Ramen Noodles, chicken flavor
2 Tblsps corn starch
1/4 Cup Kikkoman lite soy sauce


How Do I Make Linda's Quick and Easy Chinese Lo Mein?

Here is how you make Linda's Quick and Easy Chinese Lo Mein:

Cut all veggies and put in a sprayed electric skillet or dutch oven pan. You can add a little oil first if desired...I seldom do...stir fry a minute or so then cover to top of veggies with water. Put lid on pan and bring to boil and cook on medium for 2 or 3 minutes. Remove lid and add waterchestnuts, liquid and all and make a well in center of veggies by pushing them to the side. Add broken up noodles and cook, stirring a little for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, add 1 or 2 Tbs corn starch to 1/4 soy sauce (or water). When 3 minutes are up quickly stir in soy sauce mixture to remaining liquid in pan...cook for 1 minute and turn off heat.
