In large pot cook the noodles according to package. Drain. In another medium pot melt butter and cream cheese. Stir in flour, stir to make a paste. Stir in half n half and milk, cook over medium heat until thickens. (mine never did, so I gave up and just continued) Add ricotta cheese, parmesan and egg subsitute. The recipe says to then put the noodles back in the pan. there was no way...I divided them into two 9x13 pans, sprayed with pan spray and poured the sauce over them. Bake for 10 minutes. Take out and put spinach, chicken and mushrooms on top. Pour spaghetti sauce on top of that, then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
