Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Place tilapia in a baking dish and drizzle with the olive oil. Squeeze some lemon juice on top (about 1/2 tsp).Bake for 10-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to overcook or it will get dry.Remove and top with capers, preserved lemon, and the other 1/2 tsp of lemon juice.Season with pepper.
