Fry ground beef and drain excess fat.Cook elbow noodles until tender.Clean and chop celery into small bits and cook (I just pop them in a microwave safe container and put saran wrap over top to steam)Open two cans of stewed tomatoes and mash into smaller chunks.Open small can of tomato sauce.Combine all ingredients into a 5-quart pan and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Add celery and onion salts to taste. Also some ground black pepper and sea salt to taste is great!Enjoy!
