Here is how you make Easy Orange Marmalade Tofu:

Grease your oven safe casserole dish down with canola oil. Cut about 7 rings of white onion and place in bottom of casserole dish. Season chicken breast with three-pepper grinder seasoning. Preheat oven to 350° and bake at 350-375° for 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Heat orange marmalade in microwave for about 30 seconds. Pour over chicken, onions and rice.
