How Do I Make Easy Boneless Ribs?

Here is how you make Easy Boneless Ribs:

Cut and tenderize pork until it is at about a 1" thickness, then score with a knife every 1" to look like ribs. Mix together the brown sugar and spices, then rub it into the pork - be sure to get it in between the "ribs". Wrap in plastic wrap and allow to sit in the refrigerator overnight.
