1 lb Ground turkey
1 onion, chopped

How Do I Make Easy Stroganoff?

Here is how you make Easy Stroganoff:

Cook rice according to instructions.Heat a 5-quart pan on the stove. Combine ground turkey and chopped onions in pan and cook until turkey is cooked through and onions are soft. Set aside. In the same pan (drained but not cleaned), put mushrooms and butter. Cook until mushrooms have reabsorbed all of the water that they give off and are browned. Sprinkle with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
