The ingredients for Easy Tilapia are:

6 tilapia fillets (4 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large stalk celery, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
16 oz can whole tomatoes undrained
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried ground thyme
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp black pepper


How Do I Make Easy Tilapia?

Here is how you make Easy Tilapia:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray an 11 x 7 glass pan with cooking spray and arrange the fish fillets in it. Heat the olive oil in a non stick saute pan. Add celery, onion and garlic. Saute until tender approximately 5 minutes.Add tomatoes with juice, parsley, thyme, and half of pepper. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Spoon over fish and sprinkle with cheese and the rest of the pepper.
