In a shallow dish, pour about 1/4 cup of the enchilada sauce and set aside. In a small bowl, mix the remaining enchilada sauce with the can of Cream of Chicken. Dip each corn tortilla in the shallow dish to coat, fill with the chicken mix, and roll into a 9x13 casserole, seem side down. Repeat until you have made all 10 enchiladas. Pour the enchilada sauce mixture over all the enchiladas, spreading evenly to coat. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and olives. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
