Toast jalepenos & garlic on a comal or in a cast iron frying pan.In a blender, add 1/4 tsp salt, tomatillos, garlic, jalepenos, & chicken broth; Puree, Transfer to a medium pot, bring to a boil; reduce heat and let simmer. In a skillet heat oil over medium-high heat, add mushrooms and cook stirring constantly until they begin to brown. add 3/4 of the onion continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Add spinach and chicken. Cook until spinach has wilted season with 1/4 tsp salt. Cover and keep warm.Toast tortillas on the comal or in the cast iron frying pan.
