What Are The Ingredients For White Enchiladas Recipe?The ingredients for White Enchiladas are: 2 c. reduced fat sour cream4 c. lowfat Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded 2 c diced turkey or chicken 1 can diced green chilis 1 medium onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 10 whole wheat tortillas 1/2 c Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded How Do I Make White Enchiladas?Here is how you make White Enchiladas: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large pot on medium heat, add sour cream, cheese, green chilis, onion, and garlic. Cook until cheese is melted and the sauce is nice and smooth. Set aside 1-2 cups of the sauce. Make sure it stays warm or it will get stiff. Add the diced turkey or chicken to the remainder. Stir until mixed in. If needed, make a rue out of flour and butter to thicken the sauce with the meat. As soon as it's nice and thick, remove the pan from the heat. Take out a big baking dish and spray with cooking spray. Fill up your tortillas as full as you want and roll them together, tucking the ends in. Set them into the baking dish.
