Here is how you make Nacho Enchiladas:

Make salsa in blender from jalapeno, chilies, onion, green pepper, and cilantro. Process these until smooth then add one can of tomatoes drained. Set salsa aside. Place oil in pan with chicken. Heat through. Add salsa, sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. Cook until heated through. Layer sauce mixture with crushed tortillas. Sauce, chips, sauce chips, ending with sauce.
