Flour Tortillas, 9 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
Imitation Alaskan King Crab, 8 oz cut in bite size pieces
Frito Chili Cheese Dip, 6 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 soup can
Colby Cheese, 3/4 cup, shredded


How Do I Make Seafood Enchiladas?

Here is how you make Seafood Enchiladas:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 13x9 with nonstick spray.Sautee scallops with salt, pepper, paprika. After they turn opaque remove from heat. Add in imitation crab meat, salad shrimp, cream of shrimp soup, spicy cheese dip, and 1/2 soup can of low fat milk. Mix well. (Add your favorite seafood seasoning or salt, pepper, cilantro to taste.) Fill tortilla shells with meat mixture and place seam side down into 13x9 pan. There should be extra sauce to pour on top of the tortillas in the baking dish.
