Here is how you make Cleo's Enchiladas:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground beef in skillet until beef is no longer pink. Stir in refried beans and taco seasoning. In a separate bowl, combine the tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, and enchilada sauce, set aside. Divide beef mixture into 10 servings and spoon beef mixture evenly into tortillas. Sprinkle shred cheese on top. Roll tortillas and place in 9'x13' baking dish. Pour the soup mixture evenly on top of the tortillas. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
