How Do I Make Soy Enchiladas?

Here is how you make Soy Enchiladas:

I poured half the sauce into a large bowl with defrosted chicken strips, onion, and taco seasoning packet. I mixed together with my hands and placed inside 8 whole wheat tortillas which i had previously wrapped in a wet paper towel and cooked in the microwave for 30 seconds. I placed the wrapped enchiladas in a pan where I poured the rest of the sauce and covered with shredded cheese.
