Here is how you make Granny's Enchiladas:

Makes 5 servings of 2 enchiladas.Saute onions until clear. Add turkey and cook until turkey is brown. Drain. Return to skillet and add 1 cup of Granny's Enchilada Sauce and 3/4 cup of cheese. Stir until well blended. Fill tortillas with mixture ,roll and place in 13x9 inch pan seam side down. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and enchiladas are warmed through.Note: These tortillas are larger and you may want to use only 1 per serving.
