Here is how you make Fajitas w/ Fresh Pico de Gallo:

Flatten Chicken breat to even thickness. Slice in strips.Slice onion, red pepper and green pepper. Place onion and peppers in bottom of deep dish baker. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp chipotle seasoning. Layer chicken strips over vegetables. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp chipotle seasoning. Cover. Microwave on high for 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked. Pico de GalloCore, seed and chop tomatoes. Place chopped tomatoes in small mixing bowl. Chop onion, add to tomatoes. Add cilantro, finely chopped. Add juice of lime. Mix well. Add salt & pepper to taste.
