1 pkg fajita seasoning mix

Here is how you make Pampered Chef Rush Hour Fajitas:

Slice peppers and onions into thin strips. Lay them in the bottom of a deep covered baker (microwaveable). Slice garlic into thin pieces and lay on top. Roll the chicken breasts in the seasoning mix and place them on top of vegetables. Cover and put in the microwave for 15 minutes. Scoop out chicken breasts and leave the vegetables in bottom of covered baker. Slice the chicken into small strips and put back into baker. Mix up vegetable and chicken. Microwave two more minutes and serve. Recipe is great with whole wheat tortillas.
