Here is how you make Margarita Fajitas:

Prep time is actually 20 minutes, then 3 hours marinating in refrigerator.Combine marinade (tequila through ground black pepper) in large plastic bag or "marinating container" (mine is Tupperware). Mix with chicken, cilantro, onion, bell peppers. Marinate several hours.In a 10" skillet (cast iron preferred), heat oil and cook fajitas meat mixture in batches, stirring and mixing quickly until meat is done, 4-5 minutes. To serve, spoon some meat mixture into tortilla, add salsa and sour cream if desired.
