1 Cup 1% Cottage Cheese
1/4 Chopped Onions
2 Cans 8oz of Tomato Sauce with Oregano and basil

How Do I Make Low Fat Calzone?

Here is how you make Low Fat Calzone:

Prepare the pizza crust as package directions except omit the oil and spray with the butter spray. While the dough is resting warm up and chop the sausage and chop the onions. After dough has rested 5 mins flour your work station and divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Flour work station as needed and roll out a portion of dough to desired thickness-Should be large enough to fill and seal edges. I made mine about 8' long and 6"wide. Spray pizza sheet with the spray and place dough on sheet now and place ingredients inside. Fold the dough over itself and crimp the edges with a fork. Spray the top of the pizza with the butter spray and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley- Continue process with the other 7 pizzas. You will need more than one pizza pan to complete all 8.Bake at 475 for 10 minutes -Everything inside is precooked so you just want to brown the pizza dough to a golden brown. I heat up the tomato sauce that is left over and serve it on the side to dip into.
