? 1/3 Cup Light Butter (make sure it?s the kind that can be cooked with. I used Land o Lakes with Canola Oil)
? 1 Small Can of Whole Kernel Corn
? ? Can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
? ? Cup Fat Free Milk
? 1 Cup Fat Free Half and Half
? Salt and Pepper to Taste

1) Melt the butter in a large pan / pot2) Sautee Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, and Potatoes for about 10 minutes or until the potatoes are getting soft.3) Add the Fish and continue cooking for about 5 minutes until fish is almost done.4) Add the Corn, Soup, FF Milk, FF Half and Half and stir carefully to try and not break up the fish.5) Add Salt and Pepper to taste.6) Stir carefully.7) Simmer for 5 minutes.8) ServeServing Size: 3 Servings (Small Batch)Number of Servings: 3Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user SPIVEYAW.
