Here is how you make Low Fat Jambalaya:

Spray saute pan (or nonstick sauce pan) with Pam Cooking Spray. Saute onion, garlic and celery for 3-4 min. Add sliced sausage, saute for 1-2 min more. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, spices and rice. Simmer over medium-low heat stirring occasionally until rice is tender (about 45 min).
