1 small can of tomatoe sauce
6 Bell Peppers
6 small Zuccini
16 oz of Ground Turkey (prefer 97% fat free)

Here is how you make Stuffed Bell Peppers Low Cal/Low Fat:

6 servingsCook Ground Turkey in skillet, use PAM Nonstick & water, not oil. Season as desired. I like to use green onions, red onions, etc. Once cooked, add 1 can of Rotel tomatoes and Zuccini (sliced). Let simmer together until Zuccini is soft (mushy). Cut tops of Bell Peppers, Boil whole for 10-15 minutes. Usually boil peppers while meat sauce is simmering. Use a spoon with holes, to drain, and fill up bell peppers with meat mixture. Left over meat mixture, put around bell peppers. Use 1 small can of tomatoe sauce and pour over the top of each pepper.
