5 ozs 2 % Velvetta Cheese.

1/4 cup Jalapeno Peppers (put less to make it less spicy).

1 clove Garlic minced.

6 ozs Whole Wheat Fettuccine.

2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded.

Here is how you make Crawfish Fettuccine:

Melt margarine in large sauce sauce pan. Add onions and bellpepper. Cook covered until tender about 10 minutes. Stir often, add parsley, flour, and crawfish tails. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Add milk , cheese , jalapeno peppers and garlic. Cover and cook on low hear for about 20 minutes. While waiting cook pasta according to directions. Mix cooked pasta into crawfish mixture. Pour into a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
