Cut the top and bottom off turnips, wash well. Cut in quarters and slice thinly. Spray skillet with unflavored pan spray and heat to med-high. Pour turnip slices into heated skillet and cover. Turn occasionally. When turnips are nearly done (they will be semi-translucent) add ginger, garlic powder and soy sauce. Recover and simmer until done.
