Finly chop (mince) the garlic, once minced or chopped finly add to skillet and add the 1/2 C. margatine. Set Temp to medium heat and allow the garlic to saute in the skillet about two minuets. Add vegetables, garlic powder and Mrs. Dash. Turn heat to high but do not leave the veggies! Gently stir vegetables and spices until sizzeling hot. Place Lid on Skillet and remove from heat.
