Here is how you make Garlic Scallops and Tomatoes:

In a large frying pan - put 1/4 cup of the chicken broth and the olive oil in the pan and heat up. Add the garlic and saute until golden, adding the chicken broth as the sauce evaporates. Add the scallops and saute together until the scallops are opaque. Remove pan from heat and add the tomatoes and toss lightly.
