1 "20 ounce" can of pineapple chunks in their own juice (about 2.5 cups)
1 tbsp powdered chicken boullon
.25 cup of water
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger powder
1 garlic clove, chopped finely
1/4 teaspoon pepper

For sauce:
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water

Here is how you make Ginger's Thigh's:

Remove skin from chicken and rinse well. Shake off the chicken to remove water. Place in crockpot.Drain the pineapple juice into a bowl, and save the chunks for later. Add the boullon, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper and mix. Pour into the crockpot.Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Just before you want to eat, mix the cornstartch and water in a separate bowl. Once it's mixed, pour into the crockpot and stir.
