Here is how you make Southern Goulash:

Prepare egg noodles per package instructions.Brown ground turkey with onions, drain. Add bell peppers and cook until peppers begin to soften. Add Rotel Tomatoes and cook on medium heat until the bell peppers are cooked and the entire mixture is heated.Mix meat and pepper mixture with drained egg noodles and serve.
