Baby Portabella Mushrooms (1/2 cup)
Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing
Baby Spinach (about 1 cup)

Here is how you make Greek Dinner for Three:

For the StuffingMix Cream Cheese, Chopped Red onion, Feta cheese, and a dash of Basil in a bowl. I also added chopped sundried tomatoes. Smash up well.Cut a slit in the thickest side of the chicken, and stuff with the goods. Put the oil in a skillet, and place chicken breasts in the skillet- season lightly with salt, pepper and a bit of oregano. Cook for about 15 minutes, flipping once to ensure both sides are cooked. If chicken is browning to fast, then turn the heat down .Check to make sure middle of chicken is white, and juices are running clear. Make boxed couscous as directed towards the end of the chicken's cooking time. Salad:Chop up the peppers, and place sliced portabella mushrooms, and spinach in a bowl.
