Here is how you make Wine-Marinaded Ham Steaks:

1. Combine wine, pineapple chunks (with juice), honey and all spices in a gallon-size ziploc bag.2. Mix ingredients in bag well.3. Add ham steaks to ziploc bag, shake to coat well.4. Place in fridge and allow to marinade for at least 1 hour, turning occassionally to make sure all surfaces are exposed to marinade.5.
