In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, garlic, and teaspoon pepper until well blended. Divide mixture into three equal portions and shape each into a patty.Lay burgers on an oiled barbecue grill over high heat and close the lid. Cook burgers until browned on both sides. Mine took 6 minutes on one side and a couple on the other side.I also toasted the buns. These were really juicy and I had one that partially fell through the grate.
