heat peanut oil medium heat. Soak the chicken breasts in pickle juice for 1 hour i usually only do it for 15 mins. Add all dry ingredients (double because it wont be enough for two chicken breasts). take chicken put in beated eggs in bowl. Than put the dry ingredients and egg soaked chicken in container with lid. Shake. PLace in frying pan for 3-4 mins on each side or until golden brown. Butter buns and place on separate pan to toast lightly. Add mayo, pickles and enjoy!Serving Size:?4-8
